School Cleaner

Clean and sanitize classrooms, hallways, offices, staff rooms, gyms, and washrooms Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust assigned areas
Empty garbage and recycling bins Replenish soap, paper towels, tissue, and other hygiene supplies
Disinfect high-touch surfaces following health and safety standards
Maintain cleanliness of entrances and common areas
Follow school safety procedures and cleaning protocols
Report maintenance or safety concerns to supervisors
Use cleaning equipment and supplies safely and responsibly
Support additional custodial duties as assigned

Previous janitorial or commercial cleaning experience is considered an asset
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Strong attention to detail and time management skills
Reliable, punctual, and professional
Physically capable of standing, walking, bending, lifting, and performing repetitive cleaning tasks
Must be legally eligible to work in Canada

The Cleaner is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, sanitation, and safety standards within school facilities.
Assignments may vary depending on operational requirements and staffing needs.
Candidates must be comfortable working independently, following cleaning procedures, and maintaining professionalism in a school environment.
